And then there were two

My friend Ann's "Little Man" was one of the first newborns I photographed.  A couple of weeks ago, she gave birth to a "Littler Man," and I've had the pleasure of photographing him, too.

Don't let him fool you... while he did like nestling in and getting all cozy with his teddy bear, he was mostly awake during our session!  His brother, on the other hand, slept the entire time.

It's all the little differences from Day One that make it so much fun!

Little Man is definitely getting BIG!!  And Mama's sure got her hands full!!

Last weekend

Thankfully, we've had a FEW nice days in October -- and last Sunday was one of 'em!  I took a little road trip for a family session.

 

 

 

 

Wonderful family, beautiful kids (a whole lot of fun, too!), some lovely settings -- this is a pretty great part-time gig.  We had some shots with the grandparents, too, and they were just as wonderful, beautiful, and fun.  Thanks!!

Cuteness times 9

Take a 12x12 and do it up 3x3 of ONE ADORABLE 2-YEAR-OLD!  He was singing "Happy Birthday To You, Vicki (or Bick-i)."  He's a singer, that boy.  On Saturday he was singing us some of the lullabye that his mom and dad sing to him every night:  "Lullabye and Good Night, Stay in Bed..."

I had a session last Sunday with a newborn -- and her big sister, mom and dad, aunt, uncle, cousin, and maternal grandparents!  I've never worked with a group that big before!  I thought I'd have the proofs up by this weekend... but I think it's going to take a little longer.  There are many more images to proof from a big session like that!!  Maybe a sneak peek or two as I make my way through will help...

I've photographed this little one before!!  She was just six weeks old, and now... she's an adorable, spunky, sparkly, on-the-go toddler!
