I'm heading to Madison this evening and then on to Chicago with my sister and her two young boys for the weekend -- a family portait for them tonight, a train ride and a Dan Zanes concert on the schedule for tomorrow. Hopefully, I'll be meeting up with a friend, at some point, that I haven't seen in a very long time.
I've been wanting to do it for some time, and finally did for this occasion -- rented a lens from BorrowLenses.com. I couldn't wait to use it last night! This is the view down the sidewalk -- my front porch on the left -- using a Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L. I'll have it for Maddy's graduation, too, before I'll have to return it. Boohoo -- both about my baby's graduation (it is truly the end of an era) and about having to send this other baby back.
