The sweater was knit as written, for the larger size, but minus the fringe.
Yarn: I used nearly all of 9 hanks (ordered 12 for insurance) of Cascade 220, color 4010 (gold), purchased from Threadbear (http://www.threadbearfiberarts.com/).
Needles: US 8 Clover bamboo got me "close" to gauge.
