The stuffiness in my nose has apparently moved north to my brain and I am pretty much useless today. It doesn't help that it feels as though we've been plunged back into the depths of February/March. A little sunshine would make me wanna give a damn. (Have I mentioned the low energy?) I'm sure I'll recover -- I'm already on the road!
In case I don't get back here before then, Happy Mother's Day to all the moms and Happy Weekend to all! And to all a good night. Heh. (But really... I can't wait to sleep in tomorrow morning -- the only day in recent memory and foreseeable future that it'll even be possible! Wish me luck.)

I'm looking forward to an extra hour or two in bed tomorrow, too! Sending you good thoughts that extra sleep makes you feel better and the sun comes back to warm you. (It's 32 here today, but we have sun.)

I have to say, those photos remind me sooo much of how the inside of my nose feels when I'm suffering allergies or a cold!!!! Thank you for that very clear and concise depiction! Oh, and feel better soon... we do so enjoy reading your posts.

Well, the only good thing I can say about this recent cool, wet weather thing we've got going on is. . . it's easy to stay in bed and sleep! Hope you're on the mend and feeling better in no time! :-)

The cactus macro is pretty amazing, Vicki.

I'm a little concerned...we both have sore throats this week, we both have dentist appointments this week, we both now have stuffed heads and foggy brains...are we involved in some sort of cosmic replicating system!?!

Extremely prickly, and the soft fuzzy-looking ones are usually worse that the more obvious spines. Good luck with sleeping in!
