It's Wednesday -- Think Red!!

My Red Shawl

I am not only knitting red... I am knitting TWO things that are red... very, very RED!  They are also both LACE projects; granted, the lace patterns could not be simpler, but that makes THREE lace projects in a row (in case anyone is keeping track).

The item above is the Stolen Moments Wrap (Ravelry link) and it is for me.  I'm using the yarn I reclaimed a couple of weeks ago and love how this is turning out.

OFA Red Scarf

Think Red Wednesday!

The second item is the Koigu Lace Scarf.  It is narrow and will be very long -- long enough to loop and pull through.  This one is for the OFA Red Scarf Project.

I have a bunch of stuff to do today, including a haircut!  I'm getting color, too, for the first time in... I don't know how long.  I doubt that I'll be thinking red about that, but who knows -- I'll be going to the same stylist that Katie did...

Lovin' the red around here! AND the lace, too. Show us your 'do, OK?

Can't wait to see your Stolen Moments Wrap - mine is soo cozy I can't believe I haven't been able to finish it up.

you have some gorgeous redheaded girls, maybe you should think red!

Vicki,
I just love your photographs (I was a photography student for a while), but am having a hard time getting a digital camera that works as well as my old SLR. Do you have any recommendations? I can't afford a digital SLR right now (I wish!), so any cameras you can recommend, I'd appreciate it!

Beautiful! I love the pics. :)

I like the way you think!
I like red
and red hair wouldn't be too bad either.

These are both beautiful! I love the reds you've chosen.
