I've practically been surviving on caprese salad these days. But I drizzle fresh pesto over mine.
It even makes amazing sandwiches. Coupla slices of fresh tomato, coupla slices fresh mozarella on thick fresh whole grain or peasant style bread.. salt, pepper, pesto.. YUM!

That looks so delicious! This has been a cooler summer here and our tomatoes haven't been as good as usual. Yours look fabulous!
